Healthy Breakfast Ideas

I LOVE breakfast, despite the fact that I am the total opposite of a morning person. I tend to stick to the same breakfast during the week, just because it’s easy and I usually sleep until the last possible second that I can.

My go to is definitely some form of oats, whether it’s oatmeal, raw oats, a smoothie with oats or overnight oats. Another quick favorite is avocado toast, I mean, do I even need to explain?

On the weekend I love to experiment and try new recipes, below you will see some of my favorites from the last couple weeks.

I may be biased but the avocados from my tree are the most delicious I have ever tasted.
